We are getting to the end of building a retaining wall. we put in a french drain, with 6 inches of gravel behind each block. we are now at the top and going to put some topsoil in so we can put down some grass seed. Right now we are leveling out the old grass to the new blocks with screen filled and compacting as we go.

Question I have is, when can i put the fill dirt over the gravel? and then how much top soil. thank you

Ayuh,..... From yer pictures, I'd say Now is the time, 'n up to where water could drain over the top,.....

Not sure what you are asking, but cover the gravel with the geotextile and then soil min 4-6" for grass to grow.
