Hello,

I am working on updating my bathroom and have caught a snag on what to do.

I have installed new drywall in the room and denshield where the tiled shower will be. The tile in the shower will come out and around the outside corner and finish with bullnose.

Above the tile I will have about 12 inches to the ceiling where i need to finish the drywall on this outside corner.

The outside corner where the tile section is will have metal bullnose tile edging.

what is the correct way to finish the drywall outside corner above the tile? If i use a short section of corner bead will it stick out where it meets the tile?

I have attached a picture to help explain the corner.

Thanks in advance for any help you can offer.
