I have my grandmother's chandelier, probably made in the 1960s.

It has 3 lights. One of the light conduits burned to a crisp. Any ideas about where I can find parts to replace this? (circular, cardboard type material to seperate the positive from the negative).

BTW:
I am a New Yorker, don't have any DYI skills, but a friend of a friend asked an electrician who told me the above. Hope it makes sense!

might check Home Depot over on 23rd and 5th or up on Lexington at E60th they have a big lighting and chandelier sections with ons of lighting parts...is it just the socket that cooked where the bulb screws into like these.... http://www.grandbrass.com/sockets.cfm

You migth want to google Angelo lighting to see if they have the part.
