I'm getting ready for a final electrical inspection. I am putting in potlights but will not have the drywall done by inspection time. Must I install bulb holders for example in place of each potlight or would the inspector be satisfied with having them left open?

Also I have one junction box that I added an extension to increase the capacity. I have 7 cables( #14 wire) in the box. Is that too many. There appears to be lots of room for them all. Thanks for your help.
Ps I live in Ontario Canada.

seems to be more a hassle using remodels than new construction... but any way im assuming your going have switch legs waiting for them in the ceiling and the inspector is going to ask why you have loose wires in your ceiling, which do not fly for inspections.... and 7- 14's is fine in the junction box you actually didnt even need the extension ring if its a 4x4 box
