I'm moving the main load center deeper into the house.
To do that (and a few other things) I'm adding an outdoor main.

I've been planning to use PVC (2" Sch 40) to get between this new panel and the relocated panel because I'll have some around...

But could I feed this sub panel with just SER?
It would be secured to a joist above a finished ceiling.

Thx

Sounds legal and the SER will be much more easy to deal with up there than conduit. I just did 50 feet of conduit under my home in a crawl space it's not easy.
