Fan motor in outside unit

hey guys, i just replaced the fan motor in my outside unit, it had seized up, and I am wondering how long you think it will take before the a/c starts to blow cold air again?

Depends.

Is it spinning in the right direction.

Is the compressor running. Sometimes they over heat and lock out for a few hours.

And how hot it is in your home.

Grab the lager copper line.
If its cool or cold. The compressor is runnnig.

Even spinning backwards. Air will blow out the top.

It should feel cool within a couple minutes.

You may have knocked a wire off, when you changedteh motor.

Or, your compressor may be toast from running without the condenser fan.
