Extra Wiring

Moved into a new shop and removed a drop ceiling with a string of high hats. The remaining wires are now disconnected, taped and capped and the corresponding breaker is off. I have coiled it back toward the main panel.

2 questions.

1. Can i leave the coiled wire, in the off and capped position somewhere out of the way near my main panel?

2. Preferably I would remove the wire and breaker altogether, so as not to have a series of coiled wires hanging from the top of panel. Can I safely do this if I am NOT a licensed electrician.

Thanks for any feedback.

You could,but.......novices working in energized electrical panels can be problematic at best and dangerous at worst.
