My house is made of solid concrete block walls (think abobe brick house - only with concrete instead of mud and straw). The plumbing fixtures are poured into the walls (about nine inches thick). I kid you not. I can't find any shower and bath fixtures designed to be installed ON the exterior of the wall (as opposed to INSIDE the wall).
This may sound wierd but its the only viable alternative. Help appreciated

Use fixtures designed for a claw foot tub. Run the pluming exposed with chrome plated pipe and tubing. Similar to a fancy outside shower one would do at a spa.

Outside wall plumbing

Thanks, but the problem is not piping, but faucets. Can't find any faucets don't look like crap. Only standard in-line shut off valves. Looks like plumbing, not fixtures. Looking for suppliers for upscale outdoor showers. Can't find any.

fake wall

You could always build out from the wall a little bit. That would hide the shower mixer valve at least.
