Hello junior quanity surveyor here

I am unsure on the quantities I have been provided. For knocking through a brick wall and plaster the labour quanity is 4.974m2 and the material quanity is 0.187sp (skip). the skip quantity has confused me.

Ive had a go at figuring it out...4.974*(brickwork width with mortar 112.5mm + blockwork with mortar 110mm + plasterboard width 12.5mm) = 1.17m3

one skip = 1.17m3 / 0.187sp = 6.26m3

my guess is the skip is a 8 yard skip with a volume capicity of 6.1m3, am I correct?
