New granite installation and the kitchen soap dispenser (Delta) is not long enough to work through the thickness of the granite. Is there an extender? Also related to that, the bahtroom sink drain opener is not long enough to open or close the drain. Is there and extender for that?

I've seen or heard of an extention for those.
There should be three differant adjustments on that drain to make it work. Is there not a metal clip that connects the rod to the flat bar that can be moved in and out?
The flat bar should also have a screw that can be loosened and adjusted.
