I got a load of pre-primed trim from manufacturer Russin lumber. It’s called Evolution Plus. It’s supposedly primed 3 times. It looks like it’s been sprayed with semi-gloss white paint. It’s smooth n hard. Looks n feels like paint. So much so, I’m wondering if I need to paint it. Anyone have experience with this stuff?

I'm not familiar with the name but I've painted a lot of preprimed trim [interior and exterior] over the yrs. Some really needs to be reprimed although what you have sounds like the primer is sufficient. I'd lightly sand, caulk/putty as needed and paint.

If you decide to forgo the paint, Id keep an eye on it and see how it does.
