Why not just fish the cable into the wall and panel. Not all that tough.

That fitting is called an LB. Coming down the face of the wall, that fitting will be useless to you.

I have a cable clamp for the wire to enter the panel, I'm not gonna enter the panel with the conduit. I'm entering the wall above the panel and fishing the wire through such as suggested above.

I just need to know if I should just stick the conduit through the wall and call it good, or if there's some sort of beauty plate I can put in to make it look cleaner.
Make the hole indenticle to the size of the conduit or conduit body (LB).
This is easy and it does make a difference.
I guess you could find a plate if you want to, but its not required.
A hole saw would work great. Just pick one the same size you need.

MC/AC is not rated for outside the wall without protection. You need to run NM inside the wall to a junction box that is accessible and then if it goes outside the building, attach EMT with the proper fitting to the back of the box.

Got a code on that?

That is not MC, but flex, and it is ok here.

Where do you pull these codes from Greg?

To add, you can only run THHN/THWN through that flex. You cannot run NM through it. If needing to protect NM, you can use a section of EMT to run it through to keep it from getting damaged (ie Unfinished Basement where you have to drop a run of NM for a Branch circuit to an outlet. You can use the EMT on the wall to pull the NM through to the box for the outlet, so that nothing can cut into the jacket and conductor insulation).

EMT is not listed against physical damage any more than flex. The flex can be used as a sleeve that same as EMT.

Try again.

EMT is acceptable unless subject to severe physical damage. Flex is acceptable unless subject to physical damage.
It's a judgment call.
We all know Awek is not pulling permits so it's up to him to determine how much damage the run is subject to.
My guess is the AHJ wI'll red flag his operation when he shorts a utility transformer.

Arrow it all depends on if they are hard on inspections. If his area is like mine. You can end up seeing some really unique wiring methods. I still consider my uncle's barn with old 100 year old wiring and cobwebs was always a lot safer than I have seen in some of the places in my county.

The best one was a place that had over 10 generations of wiring, with a really unique method that someone came up with to feed the circuit with two breakers. How they never got 240 vAC to happen, is still amazing. Even a friend who is a Mole Rat with the city utility had never seen it that bad, considering some of the stuff they have had to deal with out at the state fairgrounds when the city had to pull all new high voltage underground feeds from the substation to the various pedestals that feed the buildings.
