I'm re-wiring a basement and the pull that I'm using the access the space was hard to arrange so I'd like to be able to pull my line voltage and low voltage wire in it but I'm concerned that it may cause damage to the low voltage equipment.

for background, the line voltage is MC cable so I think the metal shielding helps to cut down the interference. The low voltage is UTP cat 6 cable and quad shielded coax. They would be pulled for ~15-20 ft on the same path in the ceiling, and after that I'd be able to separate them by ~3 ft or so for most of the rest.

Thoughts? I just don't want to finish it and find out that the induced current makes the low voltage pulls useless.

Should be fine if they are just ran in the same wall space unsecured. They only need a separation of 50mm, closer if the power cable is in an armoured type cable. I can't see it causing an issue personally, and it shouldn't be a code issue unless you're taping them together for the pull.
