Elevated foundation on pier/beam system
hi all,
Does anyone have any experience building a ready-to-move home (RTM) or an elevated foundation system?
I plan on building a 16'x40' single story RTM home on a grid of concrete piers and use tripled 2x12's for the beams and 2x10's for the floor joists, all pressure treated.
I am looking for any tips and advice that could help a first-timer build an RTM with a pier/beam elevated foundation system.
