Does the state of Missouri require a person to be registered as an"Eelectrician Trainee" who is working part or full time for a licensed electricial contractor?

Some places like Delaware require all persons doing electrical work to be registered with the State. Others may not.

It would depend on what work he is doing. I don't see why an electrician couldn't have helper working with him who is not working towards being an electrician. It would probably also depend the state laws. Now if the guy was being left to wire a house alone that would different.

Depends on where you are in Missouri. Many of the rural areas require only a state business license to do this work. The county has the final say.
