I'm having issues with my electric fire place. When I turn it on, everything works fine, if i called for heat that works and the electrical flame works fine as well. However, when i turn it off the light bulbs stay lit and won't turn off. No matter what i do the light bulbs stay lit up constantly. It's like the the power line is stuck closed or something. Any help would be great. What could this be and how can i fix this?

Thanks again.

Yes their is a fan for the lights. When I turn it on the fan comes on to give the illusion that a flame is burning. When I turn it off fan turns off but I have a froze a flame because light bulbs won't turn off

It's a real flame model x3. Running off 120v. There. Is a cord to plug it in
