Why are you doing that? Are you sure you have the correct conductor?

IF you pulled a neutral from a multi-wire branch circuit, the circuit certainly would stay on, but with wildly fluctuating voltages --- enough to cause damage to certain electronic items that may be plugged into one of the circuits. :huh:

Why are you doing this?
This can kill any electronics that you have plugged in.
