EASY question re: electrical inspection

I pulled an electrical permit for the gut and renovation of my kitchen. I have all the boxes placed and will begin pulling wires tomorrow. The inspector told me he wanted to come out when I was "ready to insulate". Since the actual receptacles and switches are installed after the drywall, those devices don't need to be present at the first inspection, right?

The easiest way to find out is to ask the inspector. Mine, if you catch at 6:30 or 7:00AM he'll answer just about any question.

For a rough-in inspection my inspector is looking for properly done grounds, box fill, conductor length in box, and romex stapling in the right places. No outlets, switches, etc.
Good luck!
