this is a Soleus Air--portable a/c mod#PE-2-09R-32. runs ok for about 20 minutes, then shuts down with that code.-????? anybody know what it means?-not overfilling and airflow is ok....Thank's.

The flash codes should be listed on the ac or the in your paperwork,

it's not in the owners guide. it's for a friend. when i go there i'll look on a/c. he called the Co. they wouldn't tell him-?- they said to call a servicer. i don't service these but thought i'd ask you guys. Thank's, H.

What should I do if my unit has an E-4 problem?

The broken water tank flipper will directly cause the unit to not function and the E-4 message will appear on the display screen
