I have a deck covered with Duradek that several years ago I coated with Ducan Vinyl Re-Fresh coating which was rolled on. This has been very good and now some of the coating is peeling off the Duradek. I would like to know what I can use to remove the Ducan coating and pressure wash it off before I reapply a new coating of Ducan Vinyl Re-Fresh. Any Good advice would help.

I don't know about taking it off, but you can just paint it with exterior latex.
