It is insulated on the inside. Some day I will reroof the house and put all this in the attic
Your outdoor humidity may be low enough you don't need to worry about the sheet metal sweating if you also wrap it. But before you do. Put a temp sensor on the supply and then cover that area with a piece of insulation 1'X1' of the same value you intend to use. Run the A/C and see how cool it gets. If it gets cooler then the outside dew point, you could end up rusting out your sheet metal before you plan to re-roof.
