Ok so I have two sheets of drywall that meet up to a seam and the two sheets are uneven.....how would I go about taping the seam? I just want to be certain before I go and start it and it not end up turning out good. Please and thank you in advance.

At the max they are about an 1/8 off in some places and I’m not sure why they are off I didn’t hang it so I’m unsure about that but most of it is about about a putty knife blade thick in difference on the seams

Often it is because you have 2 studs or joists side by side and the trick is to always join on the proud one.

I would just carry on and put the tape on it but i guess you could even it up will filler first.
