I've been searching but can't find a straight answeranswer. I'm in South Florida and getting ready to hang some green board in my bathroom. I've installed pressure treated furring strips on the block wall as required. Can't find a definite answer on exactly what screws to attach the green board with. I know not to use standard drywall screws because of the corrosion that will occur with the new pt lumber. I've heard exterior screws being used but some have a rib in the tapered part under the head that could tear the paper. If anyone can help me out with a brand or type that would be great. Preferably something from hd or Lowes would be great. I really want to get them locally so I can continue on and not have to wait for an order to arrive.
Thanks
