Hey, DIYchatroom Community!

This is my first post and I hope you guys can offer some help!

I'm considering drywalling my laundry room, if feasible. It is an enclosed old porch balcony in a 1912 Craftsman. The siding seems like solid wood. I've attached a few photos. If possible to drywall over the siding, I was curious how one would drywall around these electrical cords and electrical conduit (?) inside, if even possible! Please help! Thank you.

Just add 2x2 to each side and make a little bump out to dry wall around
