Drywall mud to use?

I have used Pro-Roc all-purpose (blue box) to put on the corner beads and all my tape. Can I go to the lite-finishing mud (green box) for all coats to follow? This is what was supplied to me but I was advised to just use all-purpose for everything. I hope the lite finishing is OK as it will be a pain to exchange today. Not to mention I want to use it right now.

I would recommend against using any type of light weight mud period. It scratches and "dings" much easier than regular ready mix. It is however your choice...
