Any ideas how I can drain water down into the well supply pipe? This is a seasonal cabin on solid limestone so not practical to dig down to the frost line. Was told to drill a small weep hole a few feet down into the pipe but what happens if that hole gets clogged? Someone else must have a solution that is not involved and trouble free. Thanks for helping.

At my lake place (camper) I had the well guy install a ten foot 1/2" copper pipe that went down into my well with an air fitting connected to it. At the end of the season I would just take a small pancake compressor connect it to the fitting and blow the water out through the water lines in the cabin. I never had a problem with my lines freezing.
