I am converting a bedroom in my house to a master bath, but the septic and drain field are on the opposite side of the house. I understand that I will have to cut the concrete floor to run my new pipes, but how much pitch should I give it ? Any info to make this project easy will help

Just be aware that where the slope of a drain is concerned, more is not better. Too much slope can allow the water to run ahead of the solid waste. The 1/4" per foot is said to be a good slope for drains.
