Drain pipe layout

I am putting a bathroom in a guest house. From the outside wall that the main sewer line will be exiting it will be a shower then toilet then sink. I always thought it was best to have the toilet last out on mainline. Instead can I just have the shower drain tie in then toilet with cent directly behind toilet and wet vent for sink to this? Or is there a better/easier way? Suggestions please and thank you.
