I have one that is warp, can I just pull the hing pins and take the door to have another made to fit. Bring it home and just put the pins back in?
This is a door going from my into the garage 32" wide 79" tall

Check all sides of the casing with a level and a square.

If all are still in alignment (square and perpendicular), you can have a replacement made, but if not, it might be easier to make one to fit the opening.

Which will take an experienced hand to measure it and make to fit.

It should be simple enough to do.

Have fun.

I agree 100% with Fire.
What condition is the jambs and molding on the old door?
Good luck trying to make a new door off site and having it fit.

a good carpenter can do what you want, I've done it a hundred times.

have him look at the existing door, so that he can mark it up where to make adjustments to correct any other fit issues. lay it on top of the new blank, and transfer all of the markings over.
