I have just moved in to a property which requires some work! It seems the doors and frames are quite old. The frames in particular are in bad shape should I replace all the doors and frames or is there any alternative as with 7 doors and frames it could end up being very expensive to have someone replace them!! If i thought it is something I could do myself i wouldnt mind but tbh I dont think I could hang door:laughing:

I mean the frames ( the sections around the doorways-wooden) are old and need replacing! Is that not what you call them?

Don't shoot the messenger... "Old and need replacing" Is's like saying your car sounds rough....how do you fix it.. ?

Replacing 7 doors or frames is a lot of work. Be more specific or post a photo or two. There are plenty of experinced people on here who can help with clear info.
Are the cracked , split, gouged warped, or can they be refinished with filler and paint. Are they all interior or some exterior. Molding generally encases most of the frame edge...
