No if your foundation is waterproofed you should be able to install your insulation per manufacturers specs.

Does this change my insulation plans?
My foundation is covered with this waterproofing wrap.

Does this change any of the normal insulation procedures for the basement? 2" XPS, taped, caulked, ect ect.
Or is this more or less a safe guard to try and keep water away?
