I am assuming you mean infrared oven and not inferred oven. (as in implied oven)

What about regular toaster? 2 slice vs 4 slice?

And, um, what is Cockpot?

Deep Fryer vs Deep Frier unless we want to talk about cooking religious clerics.

In this case, inquiring minds really DON'T want to know.

And @That Guy, we have talked about this in the past, like all lab's matter, so does spelling.

Like Simon and Garfunkel said in the 59th st Bridge song:
"Slow down, you move too fast.
You've got to make your fingers last,

Just clicking on the right chiclet keys
And looking for fun and feeling Groovy
No spelling mistakes makes us feel Grooovy!!

(Sorry Paul, Sorry Art, Just had to go there....)

You guys really don't know what a Crockpot is?

From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia. "Crock-pot" redirects here. It is not to be confused with Crackpot.

A modern, oval-shaped slow cooker

A slow cooker, also known as a crock-pot (after a trademark owned by Sunbeam Products but sometimes used generically in Australia, South Africa, Canada, New Zealand, the United Kingdom and the United States), is a countertop electrical cooking appliance used to simmer at a lower temperature than other cooking methods, such as baking, boiling, and frying.[1] This facilitates unattended cooking for many hours of dishes that would otherwise be boiled: pot roast, soups, stews and other dishes (including beverages, desserts and dips). A wide variety of dishes can be prepared in slow cookers, including ones typically made quickly, such as cocoa and bread.

Edit...... I just noticed it said Cockpot, not Crock Pot. I don't know what a Cockpot is either, and am not sure I want to know. I certainly am not the owner of one of those. Nevermind....

Of course I do, even happen to own one.

But any Cockpot, if I ever find one, I am going to stay far far away from.

Jeffrey Dahmer Jr.

I can't stop laughing. . .

I am wondering if Cockpot is a required accessory for a Deep Frier.

And perhaps that inferred oven.

Now, if Snow Ball maker was on the list.... :devil3:

I do know that we have a keurig, waffle iron, toaster, cast iron skillet, outside grill, smoker and a vacuum sealer- I can operate all of these too.
In fact, I just polished off a toasted fried egg sandwich w/smoked cheese and a cup of coffee.

@That Guy - There is a 2019 version of The Joy of Cooking, I recently bought. It's been a classic since 1931. It has info on setting up your kitchen & recommended appliances for today. It's the best source for making biscuits, & the like. It has everything from red-eye gravy to Korean food to flambe-ing.

I got introduced to a crock pot about 45 yrs ago. IMO they are great for singles and anyone that works long hours. Way back when [before kids] I'd put whatever in the crock pot before I left for work and if for some reason I didn't come home until the following night - the food was still good.

My wife only uses the crock pot occasionally and sometimes she half cooks it first before s he puts it in the crock pot. She doesn't seem to have a lot of patience ..... but then she married me - go figure.
