Based on the 2 pictures and my windows being 10 years old and aluminum, should I apply any weather stripping?
Yes the bottom of the window sill is very dirty.
The windows are still good, just debating if I should add anythibg to make it a little tighter fit.

I've already caulked the outside of the windows. What do I need to caulk now?
I'm confused.... haha

I'm guessing he means to caulk the gap that you're talking about putting weather stripping in.
