looks good, its up to you if you want a grout or caulk line, if it fits flush against the tile and you like it, its your house..are you going to screw it down?

that would work, or counter sink some brass screws, would look nice and it wouldnt pull up, and if you needed to remove you wouldnt have to pry it up..just predrill so the wood doesnt split.
