Hi , I checked the pressure on my outdoor faucet with a pressure meter gauge and these are my results::

- 50 psi, then randomly spikes to 85psi with a whining sound heard inside my home

What do you think the issue is ?

Ok thx, might just go ahead and get it replaced. By the way what’s a ballpark amount I can be expected to pay for both labor and parts?
