I like the look of clear caulk on my travertine tiles but clear caulk tends to yellow with age especially when they come in contact with my tile sealer.

Do all clear caulk eventually turn yellowish (especially at the edges)?

Which colored caulk do you use for travertine tiles? I would like one that's already premade and not a colored caulk that I'd have to custom mix because I'd like to be able to buy the same caulk over the years and not have to keep matching/mixing the get the same color.

Where are you using caulk? Unless it's a transition where it meets the wall it should be grout. With those transitions you normally use a grout colored caulk.

In my experience Polyseamseal stays clear longer than others, especially GE garbage caulk.

Is the travertine on the wall or floor? Trying to understand what gap you are caulking/

Both on the floor and walls.

I caulk wall-floor and wall-wall.

Then you should use a grout colored caulk. You'll find them where grout is sold.

I’m looking online and don’t see caulk brands other the usual DAP (very limited colors), Red Devil, GE.

I think I remember Laticrete from years ago when I bought colored grout.

Though I much prefer the look of clear caulk on natural stones.

As Mark already said, you should use the same caulk that is made to match your grout. You will find the caulk once you select your grout. Normally that is from a tile store, but it could be from a big box store as well. Clear caulk in out of plane transitions, e.g. wall-wall, makes no sense. You could put grout in there - many people do and usually it works just fine, although some cracking might occur. But using caulk on all out of plane transitions is acceptable too. But again, just use the matching caulk.
