You should never build any structure using pressure treated lumber where a human can touch it, or come in to contact with it. It is treated with an acid.

I agree with you mate. I was about to write the same thing. One should never build any structure using pressure treated lumber.

The design is good and the end result is perfect but never should have used treated lumber.

It's conflicting advise. For any outside construction the local home depot as well as all other contractors I have spoken to have asked to use pressure treated lumber.
