What is the best DIY non-resistant insecticide for Culex mosquito larvae in standing water. Rainwater in 'empty pool'? ( Not able to drain) Aedes egypti also if known, for future.

Thanks. Bacillus Thurengiensis Israelensis. I have used that before on flowers, at least the BT part.
