Installation is everything with these dishdrawer dishwasher from routing the drain tube proper to level and plumb. Kind of sounds like the cabinet of the DW might twisted a bit or a hose getting in the way.
Dishwasher drawer won't stay shut
Anyone have a clue? It's a Kenmore dishwasher, it will run if I put a stool and a box against it to keep the drawer closed, otherwise it bounces right back out as soon as I push it in. I pulled the drawer out and looked to see if there's anything blocking it, can't tell.
