I was hanging a small medicine cabinet over the toilet. The shower is to the right of the toilet. I drilled two holes for drywall anchors. When drilling one of the holes I felt something on the other side of the drywall and immediately stopped. Fearing I may have hit a plumbing line or electrical wire, I cut a small in the wall to peak in. Sure enough there was a plumbing line there. I don’t know why because all the plumbing comes up from the crawlspace and it’s a one story house? Anyway, here’s an image of the pipe. You can see the nick in it. Should I have this area replaced, or is the nick superficial enough that I don’t need to worry about it? Thank you

Ps: I think pipe is about 2” wide
