I feel like I'm spamming this board...sorry! But anyway...anyone have design ideas for the attached layout? (all rooms to be laid but the bathroom). The product is going to be 5" wide brazilian walnut, and we're pretty settled on a diagonal install for the 3 main rooms (Master bed, sitting room, office).

I was going to just lay the boards continuously with the same orientation throughout the entire layout with no transitions between rooms. Anyone think it would be better aestheically to switch orientations between rooms...or perhaps just so a striaght install in the hallway with a transition into the diagonal bedroom?

Any other ideas / suggestions?

Not even going there, but a five inch wide plank would be eaiser. Stick with the diagonal. Friends will be in awe.
