We have two above grade painted cement walls on either end of our patio. They are about 6 feet high, come out about 10 feet, but after coming out a foot, slope at almost a 45 degree angle down and away from the house. Both run perpenticular from the house.

I want to do something like a natural stacked river stone facade. The thickness of each river stone from the side would be perhaps 1.5-2 inches.

As opposed to cutting the natural side off actual river stone - are there any kits or premade panels I could mortor on?

I suggest that you search around your area for a stone yard and see what is available---

The paint on the concrete might pose a problem as a bond breaker for the thinset or mortar used to stick the stones to the concrete.

Latacrete is a large manufacturer of specialty cement products----investigate their website.--Mike--
