I'm building an elevated 20x20 deck and thinking about building a patio or deck underneath and installing a couple of weather proof pot lights in the bottom of the upper deck. Is it worth the effort to install the TREX membrane, or something similar to weatherproof the lower area? Has anyone used the TREX product? Any other options, I welcome all input, Thanks!!

There are a myriad of different weather/rain shedding options out there. I don't like any of the "membrane" systems and would opt for one of the drainage type channeling systems to allow the deck to still vent and breath.
