I stained a deck yesterday about 6:00 pm- it is now 9:19 am- the deck is still not dry- and is STICKY- I used Olympic-semi-transparent- I have a feeling that I over STAINED.

Is there any fix for this?

you can try to wipe off the excess with clean rags. But you have to do it skillfully so as to not wipe off too much in some spots and not enough in others which would make it look blotchy. Other than that, you would just have to wait it out and hope it dries completely. But even then, you may still be left with a tacky surface which will capture a lot of dirt, footprints, bugs and the like.
