[jetsmell]

I have stained my deck in the past with a very dark brown stain from Behr. It's a good stain but it only lasts about two years. Since then we bought a dog and have allowed to let it do it's business on the deck temporarily . Now it's time to end that phase and will have her go to another area.
I will definitely use a power washer this time, around and would like to know what kind of soap and stain to use so it will be done right. Thanks !
