GGot holes dug 3ft deep and now 3 quarters filled with water. Was going to pour bag in dry then top it off with soil but now not sure what I should do ground really wet and fills back up we've had a lot of rain here in northwestern pa

Also keep in mind that wood should not be set directly into the concrete. You should set an anchor into the concrete and then fasten your post. Some inspectors may actually fail you if post are in the concrete. The wood will shrink inside the concrete and create a space between the concrete and the post causing a pocket for the water to sit in and not drain. This will cause premature rot.
