6 month old deck, ledger cracked all the way through. It’s at the end of the board. Do I leave it, fill it? And if so what would be best. This board is the shortest one of three And it’s about 6’ long.

Probably your PT ledger had a crack that propagated when it dried out. I'm sure the pros will chime in, but I'd be tempted to try something like a Simpson tie plate and monitor it.

Bingo. I would throw some more ledger locks on the piece as well, but plating it in would stop the spread of the crack.

No flashing above the ledger is a bigger problem.
