I have three of valves (Danze D135300BT Single Handle 3/4 Volume Control Valve) in my shower and recently one of them began running even when the valve is completely closed. It seems that water is leaking around the cartridge - not a good seal. Danze has send me three replacement cartridges, but all of them begin to leak within 10 minutes of installing them in the valve. Weird thing is that if I move one of the original cartridges from another valve, the leak stops. Danze tells me there is only one cartridge and there's no chance they are mailing me the wrong part. Any help would be appreciated - I've run out of ideas!
