Damper motor has loose wires how to access?

I have two zones connected to one heat pump. The upstairs damper motor has loose wires. If I jiggle the two red wires on the motor it will begin to spin, but I have to climb into the attic and do this about once a day. I can't see an obvious way to remove the small housing from the motor to access where the wires seem to be loose. Any help? The photos below are of the motor with the loose wires and the label on the main damper unit:

might consider removing the motor off the damper or the entire damper housing and instasll a round piece till you can replace/repair it.that motor is not servicable with the wires going right to the windings...might be able to pop the cap on it down on a bench
