Hi everyone, new here. 31, have a nice garage with a mounting collection of tools and working on learning how to use them. Mostly small engine work so far.

I'm entertaining ideas of a pedal powered ultra light 4 wheel thingie, and trying to find sources for available cv axles that are small enough to be reasonable size for the duty. Pedal power. Any ideas?

50# is my goal. Tube and cables design, however much power is generated by legs - low hp/high torque? Maybe CVT given low power application. Fishing around for ideas still, and haven't found where to source cv axles for lower power than motorized quads, which seem excessive.

Ayuh,.... Try framin' yer google searches 'round Material handlin' equipment,....
'n Power Transmission,...

Surplus Center has Alota great stuff salvaged from god knows what,....

Makin' a peddle cart, 4x4, Ain't gonna be easy,....

The simplist u-joint, cv joint is a hunk of rubber bolted through in 2 different spots,....
